Yes you can! We offer an account freeze for up to 3 months.
You may unfreeze your account at anytime during those three months of grace. Reminder; if your account is froze, all your membership deals will be as well. After three months your account will be cancelled. To reactivate your account there will be an additional $50 fee.

Yes, guests must be 18 or older to purchase a membership.
Guest pass policy:
What is it?
Members receive one guest pass every 3 months, which allows them to share their exclusive pricing with a friend, family member, or guest.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Guest receives member pricing on one facial visit (excluding packages or already-discounted specials).
- Only one guest pass may be used per guest (i.e., the same guest can’t use multiple passes from different members).
- Guest must be accompanied by the member or provide the member’s full name at booking.
- Pass must be used within 3 months of issuance and cannot be rolled over.
- Guest must be new to Platinum Aesthetics (or hasn’t visited in the last 12 months).
